I'm not a hardcore gamer, please spare the flames...

I'm running a 32 MB card that came with my Dell a couple of years ago. My girlfriend and I are getting tired of watching downloaded TV episodes and things on the CRT monitor, so I need a TV-Out. Since I'm going to get a card, I might as well get something that has a little performance. The last two games I played on the PC were Warcraft 3 and AOM, which ran fine. I'd like to be able to play Rainbow Six 3.

    Setup:
    1.8Mhz P4
    512MB RAM
    2x/4x AGP

I'd like to have something decent, but I think there's no sense in me really spending more than $60-75 on a card. A 9600 would probably be a waste. I've been thinking maybe an Apollo FX5200 or ECS Radeon 9200 from New Egg. Anyone got advice? TIA
