Help, I'm so damn skinny

    I am very skinny 5 10 ~115lbs and i want to bulk up, I have no way to get to the gym as often as i should work out so i plan to work out at home

    I already have a weight set (one long bar, 2 short bars, and around 200 in weights), I want to start reuglaly working out at home, i'm thinking about getting one of these http://www.oshmans.com/product/index.jsp?productId=1344894&cp=710956.710958.1170115
    Is that a good idea?

    Also, I am 15 and still growing, I've herd doing squats stunts your growth but im guessing its not true, Is it?
    And will me still growing help or slow the process of building muscle?

    Since you are growing all the hormones shoulde help you build muscle. Also, eat a ton! Since you say your skinny you probably think you eat alot but that just means your caloric maintance level is alot higher then other people. Skinny people who say they eat alot and can't gain weight just arent eating enough, I know this from experience I used to be a twig.

    lol, I'm 5ft 4. So is Lee Priest so he is sort of my role model

    I'd love to be 5ft 10. I belive lifting only stunts growth if you lift stupidly large amounts which you can't handle you break your bones, some people even think it might help because it can increase testosterone production thus making you grow taller.

    The best way to get strong is to max out, wait 10 minutes, max out again

    continue this for 2 to 3 hours


    don't squat, just incline and bench, your back isnt that strong yet when your 15, u gotta wait till your at least in your junior year to do a lot of max for squats
