Ive been lifting for almost 3 years, but this year i have lost my drive at the gym. I still go a few times a week, but all of my lifts are drastically lower then they were, say a year ago, and i have no stamina, i have to take long breaks and i rarely can finish my sets, im usually 3-4 reps short. The strange thing is that my weight is still the same, and i don't really look any smaller, i am just a shitload weaker. In fact, i have lower body fat than i used to to from playing basketball regularly, but my strength and stamina has gone down the shitter. What is going on with me?
