help. how do i take my dbol?

    i just bought in some dianabol from mexico.

    its this weird liquid shit.

    i tried mixing it with my protein shake while working out but i threw it up and wasted it :wtc:

    should i buy a capmquick machine and just make little liquid filled gel capsules?

    this stuff tastes like rubbing alcohol :hsd:

    Drink with grapefruit juice. It hides the taste and plus you get more dbol overall.

    I'd also split your dosing as it only has a 4hr half life, IIRC.

    keep orange juice or something in the back of your throat, then squirt/drop the dbol on top of it so it never touches any part of the mouth and swallow

    ok serious question though.

    bulk supplements.

    ive got a bunch of BCAAs and some milk thistle.

    the stuff tastes god damn awful and has a tough time mixing with water.

    is there a better way to do it then im doing?

    i boil some water, pour it into a shaker cup then stir for like 5 minutes until its all absorbed. then dump in my pre workout mix and chug it.

    this tastes absolutely terrible.

    there HAS to be a better way

    i just wanted people to come into my thread.

    its more about taking powdered supplements that are usually capped. i bought a bunch of stuff in bulk (bcaa and milk thistle) and theres gotta be a more efficient way to take these things

    How did the US team keep their gains, weren't they only on dbol in the early stages of their competitions with the USSR? Or they just stayed on it?

    No idea how they did it, but morning dbol run for long periods of time is fine. You can drop it like 20 days out from a meet and still piss clean, lots of "drug free" lifters do this. When I say it sucks, I mean it sucks in terms of long term gains and from a bodybuilding perspective. Your body runs off test, it should be in every cycle... especially for physique purposes.

    10mg morning dbol is a great bridge or cycle for someone that is going to be tested. But there are much better choices out there.

    Fair enough, thx for that. It's hard to find real world trust worthy info on stuff like that. So it's more of a stacker with other shit than solo booster.
