***HELP*** Girlfriend needs a workout routine...

    My girlfriend has been working out for the past month and isn't getting the results she wants. I need OT to come up with a good workout routine for her. She has access to a gym right now and is using it. I don't have the time to work with her right now because of school and work. ANY help here would be greatly appreciated. :x:

    Oh.... she's doing this for weight loss. he wants to improve her arms and stomach.

    weight loss comes from diet.


    give her a upper/lower body workout making her workout 4 times a week with cardio after every workout session.

    spare one day of your time to teach her how to work her upper/lower body so she can remember it.

    Right now she's running running running. The program I've got her on right now has her doing an assload of cardio, but I think she's cheating on it. She just quit smoking so that may have something to do with it. she hasn't lost any weight in the past month. Could someone put together a fairly rigorous 5 day workout for her?

    If she has not lost lost any weight in a month her diet is not right. Get that sorted before anything else

    Day 2: DE sucking, technique work
    Day 3: superset jerking and rubbing, active recovery
    Day 4: ME sucking
    Day 5: DE fucking, accessory speed work

    Like I said.... She just quit smoking so food is a replacement for an oral fixation. It's natural and she's trying to combat it with a more intense routine than what she is currently doing.

    That said... Does anyone have an fairly intense 5 day routine for a 29 year old female?

    I know... Not sure what's going on because I'm not around enough to monitor her diet or her workout. I figure she may be bored with what she's been doing and therefore losing motivation

    Just because she gets on the machine doesnt mean she is working hard. I recommend the elliptical for cardio, and watch her when she does it, make sure shes doing over 70RPMs for the entire time shes on it, and see that she does half hour sessions with a 5 minute cool down. ALso, tell her shes gotta learn to count calories.
