My friend is working on a senior project, and he needs to create a web survey.

Creating the web page isn't a problem. But what is the best way to get the results. He said it would be fine if it would just email him the webpage when someone hits submit.

What should I look into for doing this? He has a very basic understanding of html, and he wants to do this all himself.

Would something like this program be his best bet?

    any suggestions?

FormMail is a good script to use, I've used it before and it's easy enough to configure and run with no knowledge of Perl.
