I spilled some soda on my keyboard of my ibook like a moron, and now the keys stick on the right side of the keyboard. Is there any safe way I can go about cleaning it? The keyboard removes but is still held to the laptop by a cable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You may have to pop off the keys and clean under them to keep them from sticking. I would try posting on a mac board and see if anyone has had a similar situation come up. :dunno:

Call Apple :dunno: They can assist you in removing your keyboard and either replacing it or cleaning it and the area below it.

do *not* pop off the keys. they will NOT go back on without a fight, and it will NOT feel the same afterwards.

yeah I wasn't about to pop them off. They're on these little springs each individual key, and it would be hell to try and set them back if they could even go back at all.
