So I'm just learning to make web pages. We have been paying somebody to start building the site for us, but it is getting a little costly so I am going to try to finish it myself. :noes:

    Here is the site http://beiruttournaments.com

I have made some changes to the front page by putting the html into dreamweaver and saving it to index.html. This worked fine, but my question is how do I make changes to the other parts of the site? For example, if I wanted to put info into the "Even Info" page, what do I save the file as before I upload it to my FTP?

    Thanks for your help ;)

That site is pretty bad. For $500 I'll finish it and make it nice.

So that will work? I don't really understand how by naming it events.html it will know to go onto the events page. I literally have no idea what I'm doing though, so you're probably right.

no you don't rename the index.html into events.html, you make a whole new page for the events and name it that

I'd start over. And make it look professional.

Ah ok. There is already an events page made. Should I go to the events page and go to "edit in dreamweaver" then upload it saved as index.html?

no, why not read up a little before you really mess this up, or pay someone to do it
