after my squat session I headed to leg press and started my work sets. during my second set I got a sharp pain in the back of my head. I was on the last rep of my set and immediately stopped. I chilled for awhile and then went back into it and felt it again. I've never felt anything like it before and im guessing I pinched a nerve. I had some caffeine before like usual and was blasting the new jeezy loud. could either of those have contributed to it? I had to stop there and was pretty pissed because I was looking forward to smashing the quads. anyone know what it could have been? only thing else I could have come up with is that I was holding my breath during the higher rep set.
