    chest - back
    tricep - legs
    off
    shoulders
    bicep - back

I dont see anything weird with the combo?
Each exercise is switched so i recover from the one before.

how the hell can youi tell they are too heavy?
it looks pretty good to me
I would put incline db bench with shoulders
and the bb row with back

With the bb row, i am doing a push/pull, which is why i switch up the back exercises... deadlift (push), bb row (pull)
    why incline db with shoulders?

I see you are going for a push/pull routine... but I might switch up legs and shoulders. working legs is a very big day (at least for most people it is)

    just a suggestion
