Ive been in and out of a gym for the past few years.

I have never seen much results because I was never really dedicated.

I would like to change that and I got my gym membership today.

Usually I would go in and just fuck around on the machines because I really have no clue what I'm doing.

Is there any place that would have examples on how to lift weights properly and what exercises do what?

I am looking to lift around 3 times a week.

So I wanna setup a routine around that.

Check the stickies, and maybe buy some books? I got Arnold "Modern Bodybuilding Encyclopedia". Has lots of good stuff in there, how to do various excercises, different routines, all that. It's like 700-800 pages so there's a lot of info in there.

Good luck buddy, you can do it!

I'd recommend that football routine that christophers posted a while back.
