Ive been in and out of a gym for the past few years. I have never seen much results because I was never really dedicated. I would like to change that and I got my gym membership today. Usually I would go in and just fuck around on the machines because I really have no clue what I'm doing. Is there any place that would have examples on how to lift weights properly and what exercises do what? I am looking to lift around 3 times a week. So I wanna setup a routine around that.
