Right now I'm 6'4 and about 175. I'm skinny as a rail little fat and a little muscle. My left foot is paralyzed and the left pelvis/hip is kinda broken a little. Can anyone give me/point me in the direction to get information on building muscle back up. Anything on diet or workouts would help me out allot. This is why I'm so skinny and fucked up: I was held up in the hospital for a month and was unable to walk for 5 months, so I lost a good 50 pounds. I promised myself I would gain it back when I was physically able to do so. Again anything will be helpful. Thanks broly crew.
