    Three sets, 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps - Increasing weight

    More leg extensions heavier weight

    Calves

    Single Leg Seated Calf Raise
    2x12

    Seated Calf Raise (Both legs)
    2x15

    Single Leg Standing Calf Raise
    2x12
    super/dropset with
    Standing Calf Raise (both legs)

    Abs

    Hanging Leg Raises
    2x15-20

    Reverse Crunches on bench with legs going past 180 degrees for better ROM
    2x15
    (Not sure if this is actually good, but it feels good)

    Dragon flags

    Weighted Russian Twists on Decline bench
