I just weighed myself last night and Im down to 205.2... From an original starting weight in 4/04 of 290 lbs... 15 more lbs is my goal ;)

Ill try and get some pics up later, the only 290 lbs pic I have was with a shirt on though, but you can tell i was one fat bastard...

Also most of the weight loss was strictly from diet, I just recently in the past 5-6 months started becoming more dedicated to getting in the gym every day.

90 lbs in 24 months.... very nice pace to keep it off. rather than those yoyo dieters. keep it up. very nice work. add in the strength training and you'll fill in nicely :bigthumb: congrats again.

been doing strength Training the past 5-6 months, and it seems to make actual weight loss more difficult, but you can definately tell bf% is going down, so Im starting to worry less about my actualy weight. Still nice to see the lbs drop off though. I haven't weighed in the 190's since i was 16, :)

weight doesnt matter, you could be at the same weight but putting on muscle and losing fat at the same time.

no I was commenting on the fact that he was saying after he started strength training it made actual weight loss more difficult.

The 210 was taken about 2 months ago, and I have a more recent picture at home from a few days ago, I also have a picture from around 290 that I will post. I cant believe the difference I have seen from 210 - 205.
