    First of all my name is Chris. I've been a c5 quadriplegic for almost 5 years now. Over the past couple years i've gained a ton of weight due to being sedentary because of my injury. Pre-injury I stayed around 330 at 6'4", but I played football in high school and lifted weights. When I was injured I dropped down to 240lbs, most of this weight lost was muscle mass due to being bed ridden and muscle atrophy. During the past 5 years i slowly worked my way back up to 323lbs of fat.

    As of november 2006, I was 6'4" 323lbs @ 48% body fat. I was huge and out of control. This is when I decided to change. I started lifting weights at a local rehab facility and started a diet.

    Due to my injury I am paralyzed from the nipples down basically. I have no finger, wrists, or tricep muscles. I have very limited abs and back muscles. I have had 2 tendon transfers to restore partial function of my triceps. They re-routed part of my posterior deltoid behind my arm. It now functions as a partial tricep.

    My weight lifting was 3 days a week for 2 hours with an hour of cardio and 1 hour of core exercises.

    My diet was a 2000 calorie 40/40/20 diet consisting mainly of chicken breast, tuna, salmon, cauliflower, broccoli, oatmeal, fruits, and milk.

    The supplements I took were 3g fish oil, 3g primaforce cee, twin labs diet fuel, a multi-vitamin, some bcaa's, and whey protien. I took these daily.

    Over the next 2 months I dropped to 292lbs.

    Started here 1-9-07 at 292lbs and 38% body fat.

    As of 3-18-07 I dropped to 270ish and 32% body fat. I ended up winning Ot's weight loss contest.

    4-1-07 268lbs During this time my weight loss started slowing, so i dropped my calories to 1500.

    4-20-07 265lbs I ended up switching my macros after these pics. I tried keeping my carbs under 40g a day and calories between 1500-2000. Sorta like a keto diet.

    pull-downs
    wide grip lat pulls
    closed grip lat pull downs

    wrist weights-

    overhead press
    lateral raises
    parallel raises

    cardio- 30mins each

    punching bag
    arm bike

    Over the next 3 months i'm planning to drop 20-25 lbs. On monday(6-11-07) i'm starting a 40/20/40 diet @ 1500 calories. I'm also gonna be hitting the weights 5 days a week. My routine looks like this

    I've also got some new supps that are going into this cut. They include purecee, glucorell-r, sesapure, ephedrine, caffiene, asprin, fish oil, flax seed oil, green tea extract, yerbamate extract, and a multi-vitamin.

    Thx man. I flipped my car trying to miss a racoon. Fractured vertabrae's c1-c6, blew out c5 through my spinal cord, severed my spinal cord over 90% at c4/c5 level.

    last day of good food. no lifting today but i went to the track and pushed over 1/2 a mile in my manual chair.

    i'm hoping by the end of the year to be 200ish pounds. i just started this week with a new diet, 5 days of lifting for 2 hours, 5 days of cardio, and some core exercises. puts me at about 4 hours of exercise 5 days a week. gotta lean up some more for the freshman bitches in the fall.

    had to cut my ephedrine back to 25mg, twice a day. i've gotten 4 hours a sleep the past 2 nights. also stopped taking the rest of my supps till my stomach gets use to the new diet.
