    i dont really like them and I pull less off the pins than I can off the floor. I avoid them like the plague

    i finally pulled almost as much as i do in a regular deadlift!

    485 with a 1" ROM :bowdown:

    Nah dude, you should only do the lifts you're good at. That way you don't feel like a pussy.

    yes; 12oz, 16oz, 22oz, 24oz and 40oz curls for maximum gains

    the first and last time i did heavy rack pulls, i ripped a callous and some flesh off :wtc:

    i changed my routine shortly after (not because of the torn callous) and havn't gone back to rack pulls yet.

    i made the mistake of using one of the newer bars and the knurling pulled off 5 different areas of skin :wtc:

    where do you put the pins when you guys do rack pulls? I've never done them.

    What is the advantage of doing rack pulls over a conventional DL ?
