Heavy Lifting = Headache?

    Ever done such a heavy and excerting lift that you seem to pop something in your head and have a headache for the rest of the day?

    Did a 3 rep deadlift with failure on the 4th. Now my head is pounding. :(

    i agree with superbri, breathing is everything, if you're not breathing properly, then youre going to cause more damage because of an increase in pressure, kind of like when you take a shit and its not coming
