Heat or Ice on my elbows?

    fucking elbows hurt. left one real bad. I cna't even tell for sure if it's joint or muscular. I'm doing well on my diet so I can't do my normal fix all pain reliever.

    Sorry but...DW's knees are sexier than your pointy elbows.

    Personally I use ice. And like you my elbows are also pretty bad and I'm really not quite sure what it is either. I've limited the range of motion I do in most pulling movements which seem to have helped.

    even for back stuff? I mean, to get a good pull I feel like I have to get all the way back.

    Yep. Especially for back stuff. I used to do most of my chins or pullups just short of touching my clavicle... now.. barely past my nose.
