my elbow's been bugging me for the past week or so. don't know how it happened though. it's like i woke up one morning and it just felt weird. i'm guessing i may have slept on it or something i can tolerate it for the most part but reverse grip curls the other day really sucked. anyway, i see a physio and he says it's something like tennis elbow. according to him weight training is fine and there's no reason for me to not hit the weights. gave me some stretches to do before lifting, try them out but they don't seem to work. he did tell me to ice it whenever i could. i was under the impression that RICE for the first 72 hours then heat after any advice?
