I was advised against it, but wish I had gotten one with the chest strap. I have one of the simple just wrist ones and it sucks shit.

I bought one off Ebay for 80 bucks brand new. It was one with a chest strap and honestly 80 bucks well spent. I found out I wasn't really keeping within my target range when I was jogging I was actually under, so it helped find me the right pace. It beats trying to count and jog at the same time, especially if I'm doing intervals lol.

It's nice to find ones that will link up with treadmil monitors so you don't need the watch when running on a mill.

Wow that's good mang. Cardio would be so much easier for me if I could just do that and sweat it out. I gotta jog/run pretty hard to get mine to around 150-160. What is your resting heartbeat? Mine is around 50ish.

Yeah I know :hs: Good luck with it, as long as you're trying that's what matters.

I bet adrenaline must be insane with you, although i'm completely ignorant when it comes to biology so I'm not sure if a faster heartbeat would enhance it.

I don't think he joined the bandwagon. He's an OG who was bumpin people like you outta the way while he was still in his daddy's nutsack. That guy right there sets trends. That cribs video, all thanks to this mofo right there.

I try to end my cardio sessions at 170-180 range. The bulk of the time I keep it above 150bpm. 33yrs old btw.
