thats a huge amount of sodium....better drink an ass-load of water to flush all that shit out if you are susceptable to high sodium levels (history of hypertension or have it)

but those things are really good

Well, for a normal 2000 calorie diet that is the amount of saturated fat to be consumed in one day (20 g). The fat isn't all too scary though when compared to the sodium content in that beast.

For what you get out of it, eating the burrito almost isn't worth it - high carb, low fiber, mediocre protein...terrible sodium...a decent bulking food I guess

(note, this was a joke about it being healthy)

but question though, you were saying that i could "wash out" the sodium with water, what do you mean by that? drink an extra gallon and then this meal would actually be closer to being acceptable?

Excessive water intake will wash out excess sodium. If you look at marathon runners who drink only water during races and not any electrolyte/mineral replacing drink (gatoraid) it is not uncommon for them to pass out due to lack of electrolytes/minerals.

for someone who has a family history of hypertension they have to watch things like that, but for a healthy person its not a huge deal because the body does a pretty good job of getting rid of stuff
