healthy mexican food?

    i'm cutting now and i was wondering if there's any RELATIVELY healthy mexican foods? (i'm not talking taco bell, i mean authentic shit). i've been craving mexican food lately :hs:

    a cheese quesidea*

    low in cals, high in protein, low in fat (if you use low fat cheese), and fiberous carbs from veggies if you add them in (tomatoe/lettuce/onion)

    tacos? get some low carb shells.. lettuce, tomatos, fat free sour cream, onions, etc, fat free cheese..

    does your dorm have like a recreational area with a kitchen?

    my university did for each hall, they had a kitchen so people could cook if they wanted to :dunno:
