i find the brown rice + some meat "recipe" lends itself well to soy or worcestershire sauce. Sometimes i drop it in my wok with a bit of olive oil and superman dat shit

    Lunch, curry chicken salad:

    Grilled chicken, diced
    Roasted sliced almonds (unsalted)
    Granny smith apples, diced
    Raisins (or halved red grapes)
    Celery, diced
    Onion, diced

    Plain fat-free yogurt
    Cumin powder
    Dijon mustard
    Peppercorn, coarsely ground
    Salt (optional)

Mix all together. I don't know measurements bc I generally play by ear, so experiment yourself.

    For breakfast:

    1-2 cups baby spinach
    4-5 eggs (only 2 yolks)
    Pinch of salt
    Pepper

Throw in a blender, blend so that the spinach leaves are not completely destroyed, it'll give the eggs some texture. Dump onto a frying pan, scramble.

Turn heat down, add fat-free cheddar, let sit until melted or whatever.

    Add ketchup.

That plus a cup of oatmeal with cinnamon, banana, and raisins.

    Dinner, stir-fried egg noodles:

    egg noodles
    shelled shrimp, diced
    peas/carrots mix
    red bell pepper
    onions, diced
    red bean paste
    soy sauce
    pepper

cook noodles, when they're ready, take them out and make sure they are DRY before you stir fry. Heat up a frying pan, spray some pan, throw in the onions first, caramelize. Throw in diced shrimp. While that's cooking, mix the soy sauce and red bean paste (don't know amounts, eyeball it). Throw in the rest of the veggies, throw in noodles, and sauce. Mix. eat.

    Seared tuna and brown rice

    1/2 cup brown rice (dry)
    1 tuna filet
    sea salt
    peppercorn, coarsely ground
    wasabi powder
    onion, diced
    rice wine vinegar
    sesame seeds

Cook rice. Mix in rice wine vinegar (not too much) and sesame seeds. Put frying pan on high heat, spray with pam. Coat tuna fillet with salt, pepper, and wasabi powder (wash your hands afterwards). Caramelize onion on hot pan, put tuna on, cook each sides for ~30 secs, make sure only the surface of the fillet is cooked. Slice tuna, serve over rice.

    Chicken/Mushrooms/Peppers

Take 4 chicken breasts (halfed) and place in a 2 inch deep dish.
Half 2 large red or orange peppers/
Chicken -Sprinkle with fresh lime juice, EVOO, seasonall, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder.
Peppers - evoo, seasonall and pepper.
Bake in the oven for about 20 mins @ 400 (or until tops get golden brown).

Mushrooms, slice , throw in a pan with evoo and cook :)

    Chicken Burgers

2lbs ground chicken breasts (i have my own grinder, but most butchers should accomodate)
.75 cup low carb bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 bag of spinach leaves
    .25 lb of grated chedddar
    salt
    pepper
    seasonall
    1 tbsp evoo
    .5 lbs diced mushrooms
    2 small shallots
    1/4 cup diced sundried tomatoes

Dice the tomatoes, mushrooms, shallots and spinach and sautee in a saucepan with a small amount of evoo. Allow to site aside and cool.

Take the chicken, bread crumbs and eggs and hand mix in a large mixing bowl. Add the cooled sauteed ingredients and cheese.
Season and pepper to taste (generally need alot since it will cook away).

On a large wax paper sheet, lay out your burgers until all the ingredients are gone.
Turn your foreman grill on medium and cook the burgers until outsides are brown.
Wrap the burgers individually with saran wrap and freeze in packages of two.
I bring two of these to work each day, they should be about the size of a good burger patty. Frozen in the microwave covered for 2 mins and they are good to go.
Little hot sauce on the side and you are eating good and clean.
