    Yep.

But if you're going to be THAT lazy, here are some options I utilize when forced to eat out for lunch:

    1) Subway - Get a 6" on wheat and get double meat. I like the club or the roasted chicken breast.

    2) Chipotle - Salad with extra meat. A lot of fat, but carbs are moderate and cals are decent. Salad means no rice or tortilla though.

    3) Wendy's - Grilled chicken sandwich, no mayo, and a side salad (low fat dressing) or small chili.

Honestly though, it is much better for you health wise AND financially to start preparing your own lunches.

i know i should probably pack lunches but i don't do any grocery shopping so i don't really have a lot of "packable" lunch items....or items for me to eat...

i should probably start shopping for stuff to make my own lunches...

any suggestions for stuff i should shop for?

    No.

Salads, raw veggies, chicken breast (different sauces to switch it up), sometimes rice/pasta during your carb days, tuna. Instead of using bread, buy wholewheat wraps.

that's probably your best bet. The club is higher fat though. Your best bet for low calories are Turkey, Ham,Turkey & Ham & roast beef. (the best being the first three)

Another favorite option of mine is any middle eastern place. Chicken Kabob on rice w/ Salad. Get a little bit of the oil and vinegar. No tahini or garlic suace if you're watching the fat. Although, a tiny squirt won't hurt. You're going to get much less calories with kebab compared to Shawarma.

Subways and other fast food chains have been skimping on the meat lately. I stopped by the local butcher shop and they still pile on Boar's Head branded meat ftw.

The Subway club IS turkey, ham, roast beef. I just do that on a 6" with double meat, double cheese, double vege's. The Sandwich barely closes

It's not your typical club that you'd get a restaurant that has bacon and mayo.
