Most days of the week, I dont get home from work until 10:30-11:00pm and dont go to sleep usually until 3am or so.

What are some healthy/filling snacks, etc I can eat this late? I assume something that is slow to break down since I wont be doing a lot of moving around during this time?

    Anyway, just thought Id ask.

yea most of it.. check the nutrition facts/ingredients on yours, there's no fat but there's carbs, sugar, and alot of them have aspartame (high fructose corn syrup) too.
