    Interesting
    Green tea polyphenols:

    * decrease insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), while increasing levels of IGF binding protein-3, which binds IGF-1, further diminishing its activity. (Increased levels of IGF-1 are associated not only with prostate cancer, but cancers of the breast, lung and colon.)

    Same here.

My evaluation looks similar to that. Luckily my fish oils and daily multi take care of most of that. I could still use a more balanced diet though. I eat pretty well, but I am sure I am not getting in all the nutrients I need. My meals usually consists of the same stuff (chicken, turkey, pasta, eggs, oats, basic fruit, basic vege's).
