Obviously, most of junk food is just that. I haven't eaten McDonalds/Burger King etc. for a good 6-8 months. Once in a while, I enjoy a burger from Sonic though. :/

Anyways, if I'm hungry in the afternoon, I'll usually have a protein bar. I limit myself to one of those a day. Looking for a fast food substitute when I am out and need to eat.

Any ideas of something healthy that is drive-thru? I eat Subway salads and subs occasionally, but I'm talking more about the rare (if they even exist) on the Taco Bell menu or something.

I do like the Chik-fil-a grilled chicken sandwich on wheat with veggies and mustard on eat, once in a while I'll grab that.

Anything else? I would suspect Taco Bell may have something with sliced grilled chicken.

If you get your macros and goals right, fast food here and there wouldn't hurt. I wouldn't do it all the time though.

Subway is probably your best bet.

I like the salads at Moe's. Veggies, meat, beans if you want, guac if you want, salsa. Good stuff.

I think those premium grilled chicken sandwich's from McDonalds aren't bad. Hold the mayo maybe? Pretty decent as far as fast food goes :dunno:

I like the Chicken Fajita Pita from Jack in the Box. 280 cal, 9g fat, 21g protein, 30g carbs. Not too bad for a fast food place... too bad their side salad is seriously shitty.

You can download .pdfs with nutrition information for all the meals at restaurant's websites.

Most of Taco Bell's stuff has horrible amount of trans fats.

    Wendy's is generally the healthiest.

    Yup.

Funny fact - the Chargrill WRAP (which you'd think would be better for you) actually has 410 cals, 12g fat, 34g protein. Chargrill sandwich only has 3.5g fat......

Subway, I love getting a double stack spicy italian w/ a ton of veggies, and a little of that spicy mustard for flavor. Amazing.

Thanks for the tips. Didn't know Taco Bell had so much trans fat, the chicken fajita pita sounds pretty good.

I already get the chik fil a chargrilled sandwich occasionally. That thing is tasty, didn't know it had so little fat, and almost 30 g of protein? That's like a protein bar. Awesome.

Looking at the Taco Bell nutrition info, not much seems decent.Nothing has more that 8-9g protein, has alot of carbs and for the most part calories and fat out the ass. Oh well.
