So my I'm making dinner tonight, but I've never been much of a cook. Basically, I want to make something that is 1) healthy, 2) doesn't require an oven (my apartment doesn't have one), 3) has some cheese. number 3 is optional, but it would be nice. It doesn't have to be super healthy, just something healthier than pizza. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks a lot.

Sorry, I should have included that this is for cooking for a date. This probably isn't the best place to post this, but it seemed the most fitting of all the other categories.

I wouldn't say that, because even though she doesn't like it, when I moved into my apartment, she bought me 10 lbs of steak

some sort of stir fry with chicken then.. really easy to make. get chicken and veggies, cut em up. cook in pan.. wait til they are cooked all the way through, pour some teriyaki sauce/marinade right over it and let it simmer for a couple min. you wanna do this towards the end because the teriyaki marinades always have sugar in them, and if cooked for too long, will burn. serve w rice if it's PWO
