Healthify this snack - or use it for a bulking snack

    Got this amazing dip from a girl at work. Its high in protien butalso in fat :sad2: so F&N...lets healthify this thing.


    -boil 3 skinless bonless chicken breasts
    -Shread chicken breasts with a fork and marinate in Hot sauce for 4+hours
    -in a flat bake pan layer with cream cheese
    -cover cream cheese with the shreaded chicken
    -cover chicken with a 1/2 bottle of fat free bleu cheese
    -1/2 of a bag of shredded cheddar cheese
    -bake 30min. at 350 degrees

    win!

    replace chicken w/ tuna..

    fat free everything.. no hot sauce.

    I don't know how you could make it cutting worthy.

    Replacing the cream cheese and cheese with fat free is going to jack up the carbs and keeping it as is it has a ton of useless fat in it. Plus it is a dip and everyone knows you are going to need crackers which are not going to help at all.

    Flat out bulking treat is all it could be or you could marinate the chicken in hot sauce, place in whole wheat tortilla, add lettuce, top with fat free cheese and thin layer of fat free cream cheese (optional), roll, and enjoy. Have celery and blu cheese dressing on side.

    lose the cream cheese, use fat free sour cream or salsa, and kill the chedder, not necessary.

    Hot sauce has negligible calories or anything else, removing that won't help anything. It's one of the few cutting-friendly condiments.

    Cream cheese is the only "problem" I see if you were cutting. And that's if you're using the regular stuff.

    Yeah trying to anyway, its going slowly but I'm starting to up the cardio.
