Healthiest way to bulk up?

    eat clean, continue to do cardio, etc.

    bulking up isn't "healthy" to do no matter how you look at it

    Diet:
    6 egg whites, 4 whole eggs
    1 1/2 cups oats, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 scoop of whey, 1 large banana
    2 fish oil, multivitamin

    8oz of steak
    4oz of pasta
    2 tbsp of PB
    1/2 cup of blueberries

    postworkout shake
    2 scoops of whey, 80 cal yogurt
    3 TBSP of gatorade + creatine

    hour later..
    9oz of chicken
    2 cups of whole grain brown rice
    2 tbsp of PB
    1/2 cup of blueberries

    2 cups of brown rice
    8oz of lean ground turkey
    2 tbsp of PB

    8oz of either salmon, tuna, or tilapia
    shit ton of vegetables, asparagus, broccoli, carrots, green beans, peas
    1 ounce of almonds
    fish oil

    1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
    2 tbsp of PB
    1 scoop of whey

    Bulking up doesn't necessarily have to be unhealthy. A few years ago people on this site would be telling you to eat 3 bigmacs a day and just squat. You still want to be putting quality food sources into your system though.

    The diet that Lukkie posted (Frank Dux's bulk diet) is very solid, but good luck with that diet... It costs more than a mortgage payment to maintain.

    Just eat healthy, up the good carbs, keep protein high, and keep mono-unsaturated fats high. Depending how fast you want to put on weight shoot for 500-800 cals over maintenance if you can.

    If your lean already..... carb cycle.

    Your gains will be slower but you won't put on fat too fast.
