So, a few weeks ago, i got my nipple pierced, but my piercer wasn't too clear on healing time. I do my sea salt soaks, but I was wondering if anyone had a way to clearly know when it's healed, I want to bump it to a 12g, but I don't want to do it until it's healed.

The little booklet I got with my piercing, says 3-4 months male nipple, 4-6 months female nipple.

i've had mine done for over a year now... they still aren't healed.

i think each body is different (i just don't heal well with piercings) but they usually tell you at least 6 months.

mine took about 6 months to heal completely...

and like BH said, different people heal at different rates.

    best of luck to you.

After about 4 months, I changed my bars out and they healed in about 3 weeks.

Rings. Mine still have the rings in them. Another month or so before I switch to barbels.

I have had both mine done twice and I think they healed fairly fast, maybe in about 3 months??? BUT I am dumb and keep sleeping topless and it totally fucks with them.
