    Help, i just installed a hard drive, BIOS recognizes it, and so does device manager but it isnt under My Computer... I want to set this drive up to store stuff on ASAP.

    As per Jolly's post, you need to right click on My Computer, choose "Manage...", and open up the Disk Management folder. Then you need to find your new drive in the list of drives, create a new partition that takes up the max. available space, format it, and give it a drive letter. This sequence of events happens pretty much automatically once you kick it off, so don't sweat the details.
