HD upgrades for my MBP

    If I was going to upgrade, I would go for the 7200 RPM HD, but it's your call. Also, I would go a little larger, like 200GB.

    not sure. I was just saying if I was going to upgrade my hard drive, I would go for at least a 200GB. That is the only thing I wish I got with my MBP.... :(

    I'm currently running a 250GB 5400rpm WD HDD. The capacity is great, and the performance is close to, and exceeds some 7200rpm drives (probably due to higher density on platters). So far, so good :bigthumb:

    Put a 250GB WD Raptor in my MBP. It is only 5400rpm but I went for size over the speed.

    I got a Hitachi 200GB 7200RPM external for a screamin' deal at best buy. Computer is moderately faster, but mostly it's just got lots more space :love:
