I am looking into getting a HD Receiver. My TV already has a Built in HD Tuner, but my Cable service doesnt offer HD.

Any one have any suggestions on what to get or where to find one?

If your cable carrier doesn't offer HD, next best option is Satellite.

If your TV already has a bult-in HD tuner then you don't need a receiver, you just need an antenna. Go to http://www.antennaweb.org/aw/welcome.aspx to see what kind of antenna you will need to pull in stations.
