I'm 6'2" and bought a brand new R6 when I learned how to ride, now I bought my second bike and it's still a 600cc. I got a suzuki and I feel I fit better in it.

these little suckers have plenty of power on their hands to push me around. don't need go any bigger.

Do you know what a cubic centimeter is?

For a beginner motorcycle, the less of them the better.

Take the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) course. Look it up online.

Neither one of these bikes should be on your options list. You would be making the biggest mistake of your life by jumping on one of these for your first.

You'll be fine on a 600, yes you'll dwarf it...but you won't die within your first week on the road.

Believe me, you'd be in deep shit on one of those bikes.
