RE: a thread on arfcom:
sorry for the colors if you're on Darkness.
I love barfcom. I doubt that guy is even going to shoot his rifle enough to have to worry about his magazine finish.
I noticed that my barrel picked up a few scratches at the carbine class I took 2 weeks ago. I was actually pleased. I should make a thread on barfcom asking how I can get rid of the scratches, I can't have people thinking I use my rifle.
I put one of mine in one of those foam cases too soon after shooting, and I think some of the foam melted onto the barrel
"It dropped falling out of the safe, now it is scratched, waht do I do AR15.com!"
people on that website are so fucking stupid.
hey guys, some of the finish is wearing off where the charging handle latch connects with the receiver. IS THIS NORMAL!?!?
On that site, it probably isn't normal.
its really a shame too, because it used to be not so bad. still a great reference though in the archives
i really saw that question asked in a thread.
there are scuffs on my brass deflector, how can i clean that up?
OH SO YOU PAY TO BE A TEAM MEMBER
rofl, god that one thread i made was great, "nancy girls"
OMG MY GUN HAS A SCRATCH ON IT, WHAT SHALL I DO
A guy just posted in the Optics subforum on barfcom. He just got his EOTech, and was dismayed to learn the the NV models don't actually come with NV, they just allow you to use it.
I am a little shocked, but not surprised.
thought you were making fun of me because of my inquiry.
I don't really see the point of a NV EOTech, because most average joes will never add NV on thier rifle.
which is why he'll be even more disappointed (and probably make a thread about it) when he finds out how much NV costs
Of course, but it's more tactical to have it. Just like the NV compatible Aimpoints.
