    How do I get a program to open at startup? I want desktop listview to open automatically each time windows is started :hs:

    Well you could go into folder options and set the "restore previous folder windows at logon" option.

    But you would need to have that app opened when you shut the pc down.

    Incorrect. That option will ONLY restore explorer windows. I have desktoplistview in my "startup" folder. You could also add to the registry in HKCU/MS/Win/CurrVer/Run. If you have never done that, then simply add ot the startup folder in your start menu.
