currently 5'11" ~221lbs i was ~227lbs I've been going to the gym and been on a diet for almost 2 months. I've only lost about 6lbs, but I can notice a difference in my size. I only eat about 1700-1800 calories a day. I eat 5 times a day. i don't drink soda or juice, no fast food or junk food. I take fishoil, lean green, a multivitamin. I also drink a protein shake after my workout every night. I go to the gym 6 days a week to lift (4 day splits) and do cardio. I'm getting stronger, but not losing any weight. Any help or is this normal?
