:werd: but my workouts usually suffer because I spend half of the time yawning.

I found a couple of hundred mg of caffeine helped solve that problem

Holidays now so I wake up at 2pm to workout :run:

But when uni is on, I stack on my classes after 11am, so a 10am wake up is not too bad

last summer term, i had my first class at 10am, then my second at 2, and my third at 7pm, so i worked out before them at 7am...this summer term, i have 3 more classes(yes, i like mental torture), with the earliest being 9am but i have a few hour gap(on mon/wed only) to work out in between. i cant wait to graduate, one more year baby, one more year of hell...then im off to grad school  :squint:

Oh definitely, I am tired as shit all day if I wake up at 9 or 10, but if I get up at 630 I'm wide awake until my normal 4pm shutdown (which ends around 5 or 6).
