so im having an anxiety attack like right now as i type this. the only reason i am still somewhat calm is that i am at work right now and i dont want to freak everyone out. as i have mentioned before i work on the 30th floor of a building with 42 floors.

well we just had an alarm for no reason. the elevator alarms starting going off and the security team couldn't figure out what was going on, and i kinda started to freak out. i mean after all, god forbid somehting is wrong on the first floor, but if there is how would we get out?

they just made an announcement that nothing is wrong, but im still freaked out here.

Don't worry about, probably just some electrical misfire. Maybe you should take a break and get out of the biulding for an hour or so. Can you take your lunch break? Just to calm yourself down.

Take the stairs, a little excercise will calm you down... er.. you are way up there.... never mind, take the elevator as far as you can. If you feel you are beginning to panic, get out and take the stairs for a while. Take a break though. Being there is not helping you, and you aren't getting anything done sitting there panicking. Take a few DEEP breaths, roll your neck, let go of some tension.
