I just built a new computer, but when I try and turn it on the monitor does not get any signal. I have replaced the motherboard and the powersupply, does anyone know anything else I can do?

When I power it up all fans come on and the hard drive and disc drive have power.

Tried the on-board video without the real video card installed?
I only ask because I've seen people try it with the real card still installed and it doesn't work.

Yes, I have tried this. I think I just got what I paid for in a cheap motherboard so I am returning it and getting a better one.

Any beeping coming from the mother board?

(unless you already returned it) take out the RAM and see if it beeps at you... if it doesn't it's either the CPU or the mobo.
