I havent worked out seriously in the past 4 years since Ive been out of the army. Granted people say Im still skinny Right now Im 5'7 and like 136lbs. But I know Im out of shape.. and my body is crap right now... ( dont mind the randomness of chest hair, I live in the NW for gods sake.. its cold now ) haha Just wondering what the best tone workout in your opinion is? I have a ball ( the blow up one for abs n such, and some push up balance balls that I actually won, Just need to use them right. ) heres some recent pics as of tonight, Just want to tone my abs and generally tone my body, but I dont wanna pay a personal trainer just to tell me some bs to get my money.
