Havent trained my pathetic WH33LZ in 8 weeks now....*pic*

    I am absolutely fuckin frustrated, I hurt my back 4 weeks ago, on top of pulling or tearing my groin 8 weeks ago......today was the first day i got under a barbell since, started out with the bar, felt fine, ass to grass, put on 135, immediately felt pain in my left groin, said fuck it, stacked on 185, did it 5 times until i said enough and moved on to light extensions, leg curls and some calves...........

    i really dont even know what to do at this point........what kind of doctor do i even see for a groin injury?

    orthopedic doctor or maybe an ART practitioner

    not sure how severe your injury is but maybe start with light stretching and rehab on your own? however, when I pulled my lower back stretching made it worse.

    the back is seemingly better, the groin is not......it went from being unbearable pain getting out of bed to being WAY better....i cant feel it daily unless i do a squat movement. then its like ffuuuuuu

    ive had the worst year in terms of injuries, feel lucky if youre healthy.....its so annoying when everything is on point, youre focused, and youre being toyed with by your injuries

    Do you have the magnificent mobility dvd? I'm sure some of that shit would help you a ton...I have it on my pc if you want it.

    Honestly, real talk, even though i laid off squats, its funny you mention that, I think I aggravated it a few times fucking the SHIT out of my girl missionary spreading her legs and just killing that pussy rawdog.

    i actually screamed out a few times "FFFUUUUUu ouch" in the middle of it, right before she came, ruined her climax and shit.....when youre in the zone doin that youre not really concerned about your groin injury but i definitely aggravated it more doing that shit. shes on top from now on and im not moving.

    Yeah, when my lower back hurts I just bear with it or get her to go on top but hate it when I'm supporting my body with one arm and tris get all pumped on one side. I say, "crap better do some reps with my other arm too."

    I think the gym ruins fucking for me.
    On the other hand, my lower back/glutes were romped from squats and morning sex actually helped getting the blood going and all that :dunno:

    my fucked up shoulder prevents me from doing many excersises...shitty, but you can always work around it.
