    also, in the side view pic, can someone id the three muscle groups seen there? it's kinda confusing me... mainly, which one is the lat? the middle one, or the higher one?

    i can't tell if you're being sarcastic...

    if you're not, thanks bro :bigthumb: but i am very far from perfect.

    as far as building back, you see two good exercises right here: pullups and rope climbs... aside from those, deadlifts and rows are good. but as far as definition goes, that comes from leanness.

    yessir. haven't lifted as regularly this summer, in lieu of "playing" outdoors but i do lift.

    On the real though... Dunno why you post pics when you said you haven't even been lifting regularly. Going to lift once a week, or 3 weeks and then 3 weeks off doesn't work. Atleast you're not a fat ass.
