Haven't been to the gym in 4 years

    I'm 5'6" 140 so I'm not doing this to cut weight, basically my goal is to tone up and build stamina. Should I be doing higher reps lower weight? also any suggestions on routine? Its been so long I forget where to start :hs:

    start off with Mon, Wed, Fri. Full body routine, 2 sets per body part. This way you won't get too unbelievably sore where you can hardly move.

    Best way to get back into it. Going too hard is just asking for an injury when you're starting back out.
