snatch grip deadlifts
Tricep work can help your bench press.

. my bench is stronger cause of tricep isolation stuff I've been doing... also shoulder stuff has definitely helped.
on the tricep isolation.
time and hard work have helped my compound lifts
time + hard work = gains.
im sure they dont hurt it.
