So it's Sunday afternoon and the gym's kinda slow today, so I just spent the last (almost) two hours training. I hit the treadmill for 8 minutes to warm up, then did a half hour of core excercises, then hit the heavy bag (the long one for kickboxing) for about 30-40 minutes (that killed me). After hitting the bag I went back to the treadmill and ran for 10, then power walked for 8. I get paid hourly to train to fight, motha f'ing werd!!! So of you may not know me yet so before anyone asks, no I am not a fighter, and no I'm not gonna be. I come from a strength training background (I went to prison and got healthy), but I am training to fight here because it's so damn fun. Here's a few pics of the spot.
