have anyone try this weight gainer before?

    I use it...I've gained ~15 lbs in 3 months. Seems to be working great for me. I'm not sure what you mean by "the regular WHEY protein" or how the brand has anything to do with it.

    Considering you'e only getting 17 servings per jug that is a bit expensive. If you want to get a lot of calories from your shakes mix whey, milk and oats in a blender. Lots of calories and unlike most MRP's it's not just from sugar.

    ive heard good things about ON wieght gainer i think its called mass effect or something
    pretty cheap for 10 lbs and if i recall it was like 1300 cals a serving

    I used to try and use weightgainers..but I wouldn't take them consistently.

    I started gaining more weight when I made a plan of what I would eat and then eat more than it :hs: GTLifter's advice is good too. Whole milk is a great and convenient source of calories

    really not that bad, mostly maltodextrin, just dont get a lot out of that container
