I have to take a candidates physical ability test for Fire on the 15th. I was looking into taking a caffeine+ephedrine stack to give me an energy boost, good or bad idea?

i mean the way i look at it is either you are fit enough to pass or you are not

i dont think shoving some caffeiene and ephedrine is suddenly going to make you fit enough to pass if you werent in the first place lulz

Are you going to take ephedrine and caffeine every time the bell rings and you have to go fight a fire??

    What does the test involve?

If it's just pushups and situps then you can train enough to pass in the next couple weeks, unless you are horribly unfit

are you doing any training prior to the 13th?

the EC stack will give your performance a small boost...but if you're borderline pass fail, drugs aren't going to cut it.

If its pretty easy then I don't think it matters. Take it if it helps your confidence, but don't count on it performance wise.

    .

But if you're already addicted to caffeine then yes you should consume the amount you're used to.
Other than that; you're probably not ready to be a Firefighter with a question like that.:squint:
