    12 oz. water

    Tuna Salad on whole wheat bread
    1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese

    Dinner:
    Chicken Club Sandwich
    Small fruit cup

    Workout Today:
    25 min moderate cardio - treadmill

    Snack:
    2 Scoops ON C+C protein
    8 oz. 2% protein plus milk
    5G Creatine
    4 oz. Juicy Juice
    1 apple
